The range, particularly suited for non-standard requirements, features rubber sheeting, reinforced rubber sheeting and coated fabrics in a host of dimensions, constructions and materials, with a variety of finishes. Custom Made products are often manufacturing to meet old or out dated specification.

Our specialist range of high quality rubber gasket or insertion sheeting is predominantly manufactured to the customers’ specification when the right specification isn’t available ex. stock. This may entail wide width rubber gasket sheeting for exceptionally large sealing requirements e.g. water industry and single or multiple insertion sheeting i.e. NBR cotton insertion.

Specialist Rubber Diaphragm Sheeting Manufacturer         

Our range of high quality rubber diaphragm sheetings are manufactured to meet commonly requested specifications. Standard products include 0.5mm nitrile/ nylon and 1.5mm neoprene nylon which are typically used in fuel pump assemblies. As a manufacturer rather than distributer we are able to offer non-standard thicknesses such as 1.25mm subject to minimum order quantity.

Specialist Uncured Rubberised Textiles for Moulded Seals

White Cross Rubber Products Limited manufacture a range of rubber coated or proofed fabrics that are used as co-curable reinforcement layers in a variety of moulded seals such as top hat diaphragms. Typical products include nitrile (NBR) coated nylon or epichlorohydrin (ECO) coated nylon which are made to order.
