This specialist range features products made using the tried and tested ‘Butylite’ technology as well as EPDM rubber, in both straight and supported constructions.

The range of Butyl rubber membranes is predominantly targeted at large specialist fabricators with specialist welding equipment, although due to their versatile waterproofing performance characteristics, the products are suitable for a range of other users. Suitable hot welding or vulcanising tapes are also supplied.

EPDM waterproof membranes or liners and Butyl rubber waterproof liners are used in a range of construction and civil engineering applications such as made-made lakes, drainage and irrigation projects, urban landscaping, and below ground construction.

Reinforced Butyl and EPDM Membranes and Textiles for Containment Applications

Containment applications involve fabricating the sheeting and fabrics into 3-dimensional bags or tanks which can be used to store or transport water in situations such as irrigation systems, military deployments and disaster relief campaigns.

EPDM and Butyl rubber display excellent impermeable characteristics to air and water as well as resistance to environmental ageing making them ideal materials for the manufacture of waterproof rubber membranes and fabrics.
